What is a blocked CTA?

Whenever you see this Blocked CTA icon against an article (see screenshot below), it means that you cannot put a Call-to-Action Overlay on top of these articles. You can still launch a Drive Traffic and a Capture Leads campaign using this article.

The user experience for these articles will be different. For articles that allow CTA Overlay, the Drive Traffic emails or Facebook posts drive the responders to the article with the CTA Overlay first, and then the respondent will get to the landing page with the form when they click on the CTA button. The diagram below explains that flow.

In situations where the CTA Overlay is blocked, the Drive Traffic campaign will lead to the Capture Leads, and upon submission of the form the respondent will be able to see the article. The diagram below shows the data flow associated with that scenario.
