09. Ringless Voicemail Set Up Using Cloud Connect

This article explains how to use Cloud Connect to send Ringless Voicemail.

Step 1: Download the maml provided and open it in MindFire Studio

For a Bulk message:

Step 2: Configure these parameters in the Cloud Connect body

8 Parameters

1. firstname (optional)

2. lastname (optional)

3. email (optional)

4. mobile - phone number

5. url - URL for audio file(the URL should not contain ‘+’ which can cause audio inaccessible) 

6. audio - Audio file type (WAV or Mp3)

7. callerId 

8. company Name - Your company name without spaces and it should be the same across all accounts
